Responsibility
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Document and record inventory levels, discrepancies, and damages using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve discrepancies and improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on inventory status, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Ensure all goods are properly labeled, stored, and organized according to company protocols.
- Assist in the implementation of safety and security measures within the warehouse.
- Provide support during inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in inventory records.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting.
