Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas, ensuring easy accessibility and proper stock rotation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free warehouse environment in adherence to safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is an advantage.
