Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with precision to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment operation (certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
