Responsibility
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure data integrity.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to minimize workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve warehouse productivity.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and quantity discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of obstacles to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics are a plus.
