Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely and error-free fulfillment.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, adhering to safety and operational standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Follow all company policies, including health, safety, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 25-50 lbs (11-23 kg) regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, or logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as required.
- Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is advantageous but not required.
