Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of Motolite batteries and other products against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to ensure product freshness and accessibility.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely to move, stack, and retrieve products as needed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are dispatched on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
- Assist in loading/unloading delivery trucks and coordinating with drivers for efficient logistics.
- Use warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory levels, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (Excel, data entry).
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, bending, lifting) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of battery handling and safety protocols (training provided).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Valid forklift operator certification is advantageous but not required.
