Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments with meticulous attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Organize and store goods in designated warehouse areas, optimizing space and accessibility for efficient retrieval.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications, verifying quantities and quality before dispatch.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move heavy items, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date records in SAP or other inventory management systems to track stock levels and movements.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and damage-free handling of goods.
- Uphold warehouse cleanliness and organization, including proper disposal of packaging materials and waste.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and packing.
- Strong numerical and organizational skills with a track record of high accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar warehouse management systems is a significant advantage.
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one (training may be provided).
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 25kg, with adherence to proper lifting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Commitment to workplace safety, including PPE usage and hazard awareness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
