Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Liaise with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
- Develop and maintain efficient scheduling systems to optimize resource allocation.
- Analyze order trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, shipments, or inventory records promptly.
- Prepare and present reports on fulfillment performance to management.
- Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP or inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
