Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, including shelves, bins, and storage areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Label and tag inventory items for easy identification and tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to load/unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent education; higher qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English to coordinate with team members.
- Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours during peak periods.
- Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
