Join Pet Lovers Centre, a leading pet retail and supply chain company, as a Warehouse Assistant in beautiful Bali, Indonesia! We are seeking detail-oriented, energetic individuals to support our warehouse operations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain, handling tasks such as loading/unloading shipments, receiving and organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. Responsibility
- Assist in the loading and unloading of containers and shipments, ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment through regular housekeeping and adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) and assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues with inventory to the warehouse supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
