Responsibility
- Operate reach trucks, stackers, and forklifts safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper documentation.
- Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues to supervisors.
- Assist in picking, packing, and organizing orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and updating records as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Forklift/Reach Truck Operator or similar role in a warehouse environment.
- Valid forklift/reach truck certification or license (preferred but not mandatory for training).
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and stack goods as required.
- Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed.
