Responsibility
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing deliveries using manual or mechanical equipment.
- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization by sweeping, dusting, and arranging storage areas.
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear to prevent workplace accidents.
- Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment or distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts, overtime, or weekends as required.
- Team player with a proactive and safety-conscious attitude.
