Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company standards and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring timely and damage-free handling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Basic proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and handle goods weighing up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
