Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials in the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely
- Perform regular cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments from delivery vehicles
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not required
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required
