Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming warehouse stock with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and verify delivery orders, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled for transport.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and in compliance with company protocols.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and report discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Perform local deliveries using company vehicles, adhering to traffic regulations and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including obtaining signatures and addressing client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or delivery experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (preferably for light vehicles) with a clean driving record.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
