Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move, store, and retrieve goods safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to company standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces, including shelving, aisles, and storage areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using SAP or other inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper handling and securement of goods.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, preferably SAP or similar software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
