As the backbone of our logistics network, you will oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution strategies to ensure seamless delivery of goods. Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this position offers a competitive salary of ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month and the opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking organization.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve delivery timelines and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all warehouse activities.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and performance standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
