Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses.
- Generate detailed reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and stock movements for management review.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to prevent loss, damage, or misplacement of goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all inventory-related activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the inventory management system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
