Responsibility
- Analyze and document existing operational processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with regional teams to standardize workflows and ensure alignment with global best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights through data analysis and reporting.
- Lead cross-functional projects to streamline service operations, including logistics, supply chain, and customer support.
- Design and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
- Identify automation opportunities and work with IT teams to integrate technology solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies to ensure operational resilience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or service industries.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and process mapping software.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements with measurable impact on efficiency or cost savings.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
