Responsibility
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely inbound/outbound shipments.
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and documentation.
- Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and warehouse organizational standards.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team.
- Basic understanding of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work in Bali (relocation support may be provided).
