Your mission? To coordinate, execute, and optimize warehouse processes that meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibility
- Order & Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring real-time inventory tracking and reconciliation.
- SLA & KPI Compliance: Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, implementing corrective actions to maintain 100% adherence to client agreements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of warehouse activities, including shipping documents, stock levels, and discrepancy reports.
- Team Coordination: Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and external vendors to streamline operations and resolve logistical challenges.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in warehouse workflows and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely updates and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and international safety standards.
- System Utilization: Leverage warehouse management software (WMS) and ERP tools to optimize data accuracy and operational visibility.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in warehouse administration, logistics coordination, or supply chain support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Organizational Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of logistics best practices, including inventory control, shipping documentation, and customs procedures.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours (including occasional weekends) to support 24/7 warehouse operations.
