Responsibility
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus to provide accurate recommendations and upsell items.
- Execute order-taking and table service accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with grace and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service flow.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards established by the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waitress or Server in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to speak other languages is a significant advantage.
- High level of professional grooming and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
