Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and calibrated daily.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other bar supplies.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all restaurant guests.
- Assist in inventory tracking and reporting to minimize waste and ensure stock availability.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Handle transactions and operate the POS system with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum education level: SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or hospitality environment is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and passion for the craft.
- Must be highly proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and stock items efficiently.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional, positive attitude.
