Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily production planning and material control activities.
- Analyze production schedules to identify potential bottlenecks and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy in production management systems to support timely reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehouse, and production floor supervisors.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of production progress and material utilization.
- Participate in periodic process audits to ensure compliance with company operational standards.
- Prepare weekly reports regarding capacity utilization and material availability for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in garment manufacturing is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
