Arabian Knight Restaurant is seeking a friendly and efficient Waitress to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed and well-served while enjoying our authentic Arabian-inspired menu.
The ideal candidate is someone with a warm personality, high attention to detail, and a genuine desire to excel in the hospitality industry. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our service standards, managing customer orders accurately, and creating a memorable atmosphere for both local patrons and international tourists visiting Bali.
Responsibility
- Warmly welcome and seat guests upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks from the kitchen to guest tables.
- Maintain high standards of table hygiene and restaurant cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Previous experience as a Waitress or Server is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Basic knowledge of English is essential to serve our diverse clientele in Ubud.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work on a contract basis, including weekends and holidays.
