Responsibility
- Process and confirm reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide personalized guest assistance, including room selections, special requests, and upselling opportunities.
- Manage real-time availability and coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth check-ins/outs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and modifications professionally and promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort amenities, promotions, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
- Enter and update reservation details in the property management system (PMS) with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and group bookings.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, payment procedures, and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations, front desk, or customer service within hospitality (hotels/resorts preferred).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a guest-first approach to service.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields is advantageous.
