Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all segments, including corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, corporate partners, and industry stakeholders to secure long-term business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new revenue streams and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand market reach.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in sales within the luxury hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Extensive network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of the hospitality landscape in Bali and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, particularly Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin, are advantageous.
