Responsibility
- Deliver attentive, personalized service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Present menus, share detailed knowledge of food/beverage offerings, and provide recommendations tailored to guest preferences.
- Take and relay orders accurately using POS systems, while upselling specials and premium items.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, high-quality food and beverage delivery.
- Maintain immaculate table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance in accordance with brand standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Process payments, manage cash/credit transactions, and balance daily sales reports.
- Assist in training new staff and contributing to team meetings to enhance service excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in upscale restaurants, hotels, or resorts (preferably in Bali).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage guests and anticipate their needs.
- Impeccable grooming and a well-presented appearance, aligning with our luxury brand image.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a high-energy environment.
- Basic knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fusion cuisine is advantageous.
- Team player with a positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square) and cash-handling procedures.
