Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables, service stations, and the overall restaurant area.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests efficiently to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Process payments using the POS system and handle cash or credit card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Possess at least a SPM, O-Level, or equivalent professional certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or café environment is preferred (fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and well-groomed at all times.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
