You’ll work alongside our talented team to maintain cleanliness, assist with table setup, and support our servers in delivering exceptional service. Responsibility
- Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables efficiently and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Support the setup of tables with utensils, glassware, and condiments before service begins.
- Ensure restocking of necessary items such as napkins, straws, and water pitchers.
- Assist in transporting dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to the kitchen for cleaning.
- Respond to guest requests for additional items or assistance in a timely and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., busser, server assistant, or hospitality staff) is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in a food service setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluency in English is preferred; additional languages are a bonus.
