Responsibility
- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables, providing a welcoming atmosphere from the start.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage items, and offer recommendations.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables with a high standard of presentation and efficiency.
- Ensure dining areas are kept clean, tidy, and fully prepared for incoming guests throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and performing basic side-work duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is an advantage, but entry-level candidates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods during shift duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
