Responsibility
- Assist the Visual Merchandising team in designing and executing in-store and online visual displays.
- Support the setup, maintenance, and rotation of product displays to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and inventory) to coordinate visual merchandising initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
- Prepare and organize visual merchandising assets, including props, signage, and promotional materials.
- Assist in photographing and documenting visual displays for internal reviews and digital platforms.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies through customer feedback and sales data.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility with an eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles, retail layouts, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Passion for retail, fashion, or consumer products with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape is advantageous but not required.
