As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling displays that captivate customers, drive sales, and reinforce our brand identity. Responsibility
- Design and implement visually appealing store layouts, window displays, and in-store promotions that align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop creative concepts that enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to refine visual merchandising strategies and optimize product placement.
- Ensure all displays are maintained to the highest standards, including lighting, signage, and product arrangement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques to keep displays fresh and innovative.
- Manage inventory for visual merchandising materials, including props, mannequins, and decorative elements.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising best practices to maintain consistency across all locations.
- Work closely with the buying team to highlight new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotional items effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, Retail Designer, or similar role in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective visual merchandising projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or SketchUp is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial design, and consumer psychology.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
