Responsibility
- Assist in mapping and analyzing the end-to-end visitor journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement across digital platforms and physical spaces.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance visitor engagement, including social media campaigns, email communications, and on-site promotions.
- Support the Operations team in coordinating logistical aspects of exhibitions, such as visitor flow management, signage placement, and interactive installments.
- Gather and analyze visitor feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to inform data-driven improvements.
- Contribute to the creation of visitor experience reports with actionable insights for stakeholders, highlighting trends, challenges, and successes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events or guided tours, ensuring high-quality delivery and visitor satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital touchpoints (e.g., websites, mobile apps) and propose UX/UI enhancements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate new visitor engagement initiatives, such as gamification or personalized experiences.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Passion for customer service and visitor experience with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics) and data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Creative thinker with the ability to contribute fresh ideas for engaging and immersive experiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with exhibition, museum, or cultural sector operations is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or events, as needed.
