Responsibility
- Promote BFI Finance’s cash loan products to potential customers in assigned areas.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the branch’s overall performance.
- Provide accurate and timely information about loan products, terms, and conditions.
- Collaborate with the branch team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (experience in multifinance is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas.
- Basic understanding of financial products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
