Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the delivery of Virtual Desktop Services, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize virtual desktop solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and incident management for virtual desktop environments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in virtual desktop infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing virtual desktop environments (e.g., Citrix, VMware, Microsoft AVD).
- Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Certifications in virtualization technologies (e.g., VCP, CC-VAD) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects in a hybrid work environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
