Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for guest excellence? Impian Property Management is seeking a dedicated and charismatic Villa Host / Villa Coordinator to join our expanding team in the vibrant Canggu and Pererenan area of Bali.
As a Villa Host, you will be the face of our brand, serving as the primary point of contact for international guests. You will ensure that every stay is seamless, memorable, and reflects the premium standards of our villa collection. From pre-arrival coordination to on-site problem solving and check-out, your role is pivotal in maintaining high guest satisfaction scores and ensuring our properties are meticulously presented.

Responsibility
- Oversee the full guest journey from inquiry and booking confirmation to check-in, in-stay support, and check-out.
- Maintain the highest standards of villa presentation, ensuring all amenities are stocked and cleanliness meets company protocols.
- Act as the primary liaison for guests, handling inquiries, villa orientation, and tour recommendations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and gardening teams to ensure property readiness at all times.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve any operational issues promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Prepare daily reports on property status and guest arrivals for management.
- Coordinate airport transfers, motorbike rentals, and specialized guest services as requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, or luxury guest services.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of the Canggu/Pererenan hospitality scene.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism with a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
- Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational or weekend shift basis.
