Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale AI and machine learning projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (engineers, data scientists, product managers) to define project scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies for AI initiatives.
- Optimize resource allocation across multiple squads, balancing technical debt, innovation, and business priorities.
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and adaptability in a fast-evolving AI landscape.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards in all project deliverables.
- Mentor and coach technical teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Present progress and insights to senior leadership, translating technical complexities into business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees in AI/ML are a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or data-driven projects.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, from concept to deployment.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and MLOps practices.
- Certifications in PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in financial services or investment firms is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
