Responsibility
- Leadership Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with UOB’s business goals and cultural values.
- Talent Identification: Design and execute programs to identify high-potential leaders across the organization, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline.
- Program Development: Create and oversee leadership training programs, mentorship initiatives, and succession planning frameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior executives, HR teams, and business units to align leadership development with organizational needs.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of leadership development programs and their impact on business outcomes.
- Change Management: Drive cultural transformation by embedding leadership best practices and fostering a growth mindset across the organization.
- Global Alignment: Ensure leadership development initiatives are scalable and adaptable to UOB’s diverse markets and regions.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative approaches to leadership development.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the financial services sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to design and execute long-term leadership strategies that drive business growth and cultural change.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, with experience in measuring and optimizing the impact of leadership programs.
- Global Perspective: Experience working in multicultural environments and adapting leadership development strategies to diverse markets.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications in leadership development (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PCC, or similar).
- Language: Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
