This is a high-impact strategic role for a Vice President, COO Office, designed to serve as a pivotal right-hand to the Chief Operating Officer. Responsibility
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO, providing data-driven insights to inform operational decision-making.
- Lead and manage complex, firm-wide strategic projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between Finance, Operations, Investment, and Compliance teams to streamline workflows.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and business growth.
- Prepare high-level presentations, board reports, and briefing materials for executive stakeholders.
- Drive process re-engineering initiatives to enhance scalability and risk management frameworks across the platform.
- Manage ad-hoc strategic mandates as delegated by the COO to address emerging business priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA/CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience within a top-tier investment firm, bank, or management consulting firm.
- Demonstrated experience in a COO Office, Chief of Staff, or Strategic Operations function.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior-level management.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in financial modeling, project management tools, and business intelligence software.
- Expertise in identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing effective, sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
