Responsibility
- Greet and assist clients and their pets with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders using clinic software or manual systems.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client and patient records, including medical histories and contact details.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage petty cash transactions with accuracy.
- Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth workflow and timely patient care.
- Order and stock front-desk supplies, including brochures, forms, and office materials.
- Assist in promoting clinic services, special offers, and health programs to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in receptionist, administrative, or customer service roles (veterinary or medical clinic experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are advantageous).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning clinic management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine love for animals and their well-being.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology or willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
