Responsibility
- Refill and restock vending machines with products according to scheduled routes and inventory needs.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on vending machines to ensure they are clean, functional, and well-stocked.
- Monitor product expiration dates and remove outdated items to maintain quality standards.
- Collect and record cash and transaction data from vending machines as required.
- Report any technical issues or malfunctions to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and restocking activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients or customers.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling cash and inventory records.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry products (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various locations in Bali.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
