Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure consistent product stocking and visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and implement strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, merchandising, and promotional compliance.
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and trade activations.
- Gather customer and market feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement or new business development.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Resolve customer or retailer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the consumer goods, paint, or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and existing network of contacts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
