Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing inquiries about products, promotions, and services.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves and restocking products.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Promote Watsons’ loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches to drive sales.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, especially in health, beauty, and personal care categories.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
