In this role, youâll design, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviorsâhelping shape data-driven product and marketing strategies.
Based in Baliâs dynamic tech and creative hubs (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), youâll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable recommendations. Whether youâre conducting in-depth interviews, surveys, or usability tests, your work will directly influence how we engage with our audience and refine our digital experiences.

Responsibility
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative UX research (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability tests) to gather customer insights.
- Develop research plans, screeners, and discussion guides aligned with business and user experience goals.
- Conduct in-depth customer interviews and synthesize findings into clear, actionable reports.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to integrate research insights into strategy and execution.
- Analyze data using statistical tools and UX platforms (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics, Miro) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create personas, journey maps, and other deliverables to communicate user needs and behaviors.
- Stay updated on UX research best practices and industry trends to refine methodologies.
- Present research findings to stakeholders in a compelling, visually engaging format.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UX research, market research, or a similar role.
- Proven experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in research tools (e.g., Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Optimal Workshop, or UserTesting).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid setting.
