Responsibility
- Design and execute user research studies, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather actionable insights.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user trends, behaviors, and pain points.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate research findings into user-centered design solutions.
- Create and present comprehensive research reports, personas, and journey maps to stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform product strategy and innovation.
- Advocate for user needs and ensure research insights are integrated into the product development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain research repositories, ensuring findings are accessible and actionable for teams.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and best practices in UX research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing research methodologies and outcomes.
- Proficiency in research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with remote research methodologies and tools for distributed teams.
- Familiarity with UX design principles and a passion for human-centered design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
