Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in guest areas, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring all equipment and furnishings are in optimal condition.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or damages to the supervisor.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Support the housekeeping team with laundry services, including sorting, washing, and folding linens.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Assist with waste management and recycling programs in compliance with local regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shift rotations.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals (training provided).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
