Responsibility
- Perform thorough clinical assessment and review of patient health records.
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support for US-based healthcare processes.
- Ensure compliance with international healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality health outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all clinical interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated with global medical practices.
- Communicate complex medical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license required.
- Must be an NCLEX passer OR a dedicated candidate currently preparing for the NCLEX exam.
- Strong clinical background with at least 1-2 years of bedside or relevant healthcare experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts to align with US time zones.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to undergo continuous professional development.
