Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance patient experience and operational effectiveness.
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation to support clinic objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational challenges and escalations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
