Responsibility
- Assess patients' physical conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tests to identify musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiopulmonary issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, goals, and medical history.
- Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and other evidence-based modalities.
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs to support long-term recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, occupational therapists, and fitness trainers, to deliver integrated care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy by participating in continuing education, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid physiotherapy license or registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including athletes, post-surgical patients, and elderly clients.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of physiotherapy.
